Finally, Sree Ramulu theatre gets a makeover

Sree Ramulu 70MM, one of the most popular single-screen theaters located on the main road in Moosapet, Hyderabad, is finally set for a major renovation. The iconic theater has hosted several high-profile premieres over the years, with top stars like Prabhas, Allu Arjun, and Ram Charan attending special shows.

Known as a strong hub for mass audiences, the theater had recently come under criticism from producers over its outdated interiors and old projection and sound technology.

Responding to the criticism, the management and lessee Shirish of Sri Venkateswara Creations have decided to completely renovate the property.

The theater has currently been shut down, and no screenings are taking place. Once the renovation work is completed, the popular single-screen theater will reopen with upgraded facilities.

It remains to be seen whether the renovation will be completed in time for the release of “Peddi.”
