In a twist, actresses Hema and Jeevitha Rajasekhar are not running for the post of president in the upcoming MAA elections. They had earlier announced that they would contest the polls as the president. But they have now joined the panel of Prakash Raj.
So, the main contest will be between Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu as Hema and Jeevitha have dropped from running for the president’s post.

Actor Sreekanth is fielding as executive vice-president, Hema and Benarjee as vice presidents, and Jeevitha Rajasekhar as general secretary from Prakash Raj’s panel. Actors Uttej, Nagineedu, and Anitha Chowdhary have joined his panel as joint secretaries.
