As we all know, he gained weight for the character of “Skanda” based on director Boyapati’s concept. He weighed roughly 86 kgs at the time of filming “Skanda”. However, director Puri Jagannadh advised him to lose weight and build a lean muscular frame for “Double iSmart”.
Ram lost weight in two months and remained at 68 kg.
He completed hard physical training without using any artificial procedures. He took to Instagram today to show off the physique makeover he undergone for the job. “Gym & Steam sessions for #DoubleiSmart. Go Natural, Eat Clean & Don’t forget to push your trainer,” he wrote
In general, physical trainers encourage their clients to train hard, but Ram Pothineni does the opposite. It was he pushed his trainer for rigorous workouts.
