The rural period drama stars Samantha as Ramalaxmi and Anasuya as Rangamma. Ram Charan plays the role of a village youngster named Chitti Babu who has hearing deficiency. Aadhi Pinishetty will be seen as idealistic educated brother of Chitti Babu. It is revenge drama in the backdrop of rural elections in 1980’s.
