I asked them to add spicy scenes for me: Tejaswi

Tejaswi Madivada, the bubbly girl who shot to fame with ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’, is on the cusp of an image makeover of huge proportions. Come May 5, the adult comedy ‘Babu Baga Busy’ (BBB), in which she plays Avasarala Srinivas’s girlfriend, will hit the screens.  

As we are seeing her in a bold poster with her male lead, can we assume that she is playing a seductress? “Contrary to what you are expecting, I am playing a silent-going girl in the movie. There are no spicy dialogues/scenes. She is a good girl! So far, I have been associated with young girl’s roles. But in ‘BBB’, I am playing grown-up girl’s role. I play subtle character. I am quite the opposite in real life,” she guffaws.

But wouldn’t the guys out there be disappointed to see her in a non-spicy role in ‘BBB’, especially after having been bowled over by those hot pics of hers? “I did pressure them to have a spicy scene or two. But they didn’t agree,” she says, laughing out loudly!  

Tejaswi is also looking forward to teaming up with Nandini Reddy for a web series, in which she is going to play a full-fledged role for the first time in her career.
