Kamal Haasan tests positive for Covid-19

Veteran actor Kamal Haasan has tested positive for COVID-19. He got admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. The actor took to social media to inform his fans that he has been hospitalized.

The 67-year-old actor recently returned from the US after launching his clothing line named ‘Khaddar’. He developed a cough after returning from his US trip. Kamal Haasan later got himself tested, and the result came out positive for COVID-19.

“I have isolated myself in the hospital. It is time to realize that the pandemic is not over yet. Please be careful,” he tweeted.

Kamal Haasan has been hosting ‘Bigg Boss Tamil 5’ and he is also acting in director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Vikram’ along with Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil. All the shoots have to be canceled now.
