Khushbu Sundar, who once reigned as one of South India’s biggest glamour stars, is all set to take on a new role in real life: that of a mother-in-law.
The actress enjoyed immense popularity during her peak years, especially in Tamil Nadu, where devoted fans even built a temple in her honor. Over the years, she transitioned from leading roles to playing mother and mother-in-law characters on screen.
Apart from her acting career, Khushbu has remained active in politics and is currently associated with the BJP. Her husband, filmmaker Sundar C, also contested on a BJP ticket in the recent Tamil Nadu elections but was unsuccessful.
Now, the actress is celebrating a personal milestone. Her elder daughter, Avantika, is set to marry Shravan Srinivasan. Sharing the happy news on social media, Khushbu revealed that she, her husband, daughter, and future son-in-law recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to personally invite him to the wedding.
