‘Majili’ has seen sudden jump on poll day. In Hyderabad, the film has witnessed impressive growth thanks to holiday. Compared to yesterday, the collections are high in many centers in Hyderabad. Since most offices have declared holiday on the eve of Lok Sabha polls in Hyderabad, the theaters have seen increase in footfalls.
The film is likely to cross Rs 10 Cr (share) mark in Nizam by end of this weekend. So far, it has collected Rs 7 Cr and the distributor is already in profits.
‘Majili’ is directed by Shiva Nirvana and it starred Naga Chaitanya and Samantha. The film also introduced Divyansha Kaushi as the heroine. Gopi Sundar’s music and Thaman’s background score have helped the movie carry the mood.
