Mohanlal, the legendary Malayalam superstar who was recently honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award by the Government of India, is set to enthrall audiences once again with another grand film. He was last seen in the Telugu pan-Indian project “Kannappa.” Now, his next pan-Indian venture “Vrushabha” is nearing completion after an extensive production phase.
The high-voltage father-son drama, filmed simultaneously in Malayalam and Telugu, also features Roshan Meka as Mohanlal’s son.
Samarjit Lankesh, Ragini Dwivedi, and Nayan Sarika play pivotal roles. Directed by Kannada filmmaker Nanda Kishore, “Vrushabha” promises an emotionally charged narrative with strong performances and grand production values.
Initially planned for a Diwali 2025 release, the makers have now confirmed that “Vrushabha” will hit the screens on November 6, 2025. The change in date is said to be to ensure a wide and well-planned global release.
