“Bigg Boss” fame Syed Sohel Ryan burst into tears at a movie theater showing his latest film, Bootcut Balaraju. He begged people to see his movie.
He wondered where the people who texted him in support during the “Bigg Boss” show were now. Why aren’t all those fans coming out to see my films? he wondered.
“Bootcut Balaraju” was released in theaters on Friday (Feb 2, 2024), and the collections were almost non-existent in all locations. He was stunned to see the empty theaters. So he broke down and urged people in Telangana, Andhra, and Rayalaseema to leave their homes and go to the theatres.
In frustration, Sohel stated that he would prefer to stop making “family-oriented” films like “Bootcut Balaraju” and instead focus on films with kiss scenes and sex sequences.
