Nagarjuna to play Simon in ‘Coolie’

Rajinikanth and director Lokesh Kanagaraj have collaborated on a new film titled “Coolie.” In terms of cast size, the film is turning bigger and bigger. Apart from Rajinikanth, the film also stars Kannada superstar Upendra. 

Now, veteran Telugu star Nagarjuna Akkineni has just joined the project. On Nagarjuna’s birthday, the team announced his name. The team used a poster to make the announcement.

The first look poster introduces him as Simon, showing him in a dynamic avatar. With his fashionable shades and shining gold watch, he exudes sophistication.

The film also features Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir, and Shruti Haasan.

Sun Pictures’s Kalanidhi Maran is producing it, with Anirudh Ravichander serving as the music director. Filming is now underway in Vizag.
