Nani not doing Mani Ratnam's movie

It seems our Telugu heroes have hard luck when it comes to Mani Ratnam. Even Mahesh Babu missed out on working with the fine filmmaker once in the past. Ram Charan’s name was time and again reported in media in the first half of this year. The Mega hero was said to be Mani’s next hero even though no official word ever came about.
 
Recently, Nani was reported to have hit the jackpot. This news too was a gossip in the absence of any official note. Nani is indeed not part of Mani’s next multi-starrer. The makers have already released the list of cast and crew and Nani’s name hasn’t featured in this. The film will be shot from January.  
 
Nani was expected to give it a skip out of no choice. He has committed to other films and his calendar has no free days as of now. Also, he doesn’t want to be one of the many stars in a Mani film. He wants to do a lengthy or main lead role in his fav director’s movie.
