Bigg Boss is now a brand in the Telugu states. The concept of a reality show, a bunch of inmates (both well-known and less familiar faces) locked up in a room, etc were loved by the audience last year when NTR hosted the first edition of the show. The second edition might well have seen a repetition of him, but for the fact that he will be busy with Rajamouli’s untitled film with Ram Charan.
So, the program’s producers have approached Allu Arjun and Nani in recent weeks. Several reports are saying that the Natural Star is on board already. But our sources tell us that the ‘Krishnarjuna Yuddham’ star is yet to sign on the dotted line.
As such, the producers are in talks with both the ‘Naa Peru Surya’ star and Nani. Either of them will be on board sooner than later.
If it’s the former, the show will have superstar value going for it. In terms of TRP, it will be a shot in the arm for the makers. Whoever does Bigg Boss-2, comparisons with NTR’s work will be inevitably made.
