NC23’s pre-production documented in a video

Naga Chaitanya will soon be commencing his 23rd film, to be made on a lavish scale. Pre-production has begun.

For films that are based on real incidents and are shot in original locations, the pre-production work is crucial. So, the team consisting of Naga Chaitanya, director Chandoo Mondeti and producer Bunny Vas explored coastal Andhra Pradesh and visited K Machilesham village in Srikakulam.

The entire journey is presented as a documentary called The First Cut Documentation. Allu Aravind presents the film.

Producer Bunny Vas said, “The director was keen that we should not work on this story sitting in Hyderabad. We are taking this pre-production forward with a lot of care by studying the people and atmosphere.”

Hero Naga Chaitanya said, “We are in this village to meet the characters, study their body language… know the texture of the village and understand their lifestyle.”
