Nikhil Siddhartha has had two consecutive flops. The failure of “18 Pages” did not bother him much. However, the failure of “Spy” limited his market range. The film’s failure also jeopardized his grand plans for the pan-Indian market.
Hence, Nikhil Siddhartha is now taking extra precautions for his upcoming film, Swayambu. He is involved in the project from the beginning. He informed the producers and director that he will not approve the release until he is completely satisfied with the final product.
“Swayambu” and “The India House” are his next two major pan-Indian projects. These films should do well on a national scale. Otherwise, his career will suffer greatly.
Nikhil Siddhartha has openly stated that he will continue to be involved in his projects on a creative level.
