No competition to Bangarraju this weekend either

Nagarjuna starrer ‘Bangarraju’ has had a field day during the Sankranthi holidays with virtually no competition at all. The family entertainer had a terrific run in Andhra Pradesh. The collections for five days were huge.

‘Bangarraju’ will have a good run at the theaters for another week unopposed. This weekend four small-budgeted films are hitting the theaters. They are ‘Uniki’, ‘Varma’ ‘Padma Sri’, and ‘Vadhu Katnam’. No one is aware of these movies, and they will not pose any competition to ‘Bangarraju’.

Starring father-son duo Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya, ‘Bangarraju’ is a profitable project for Annapurna Studios and Zee Studio. The film, however, could not spell the same magic in Telangana, overseas, and Karnataka.

‘Bangarraju’ will stream on ZEE5 Telugu next month.
