No involvement of Trivikram in Vakeel Saab

There have been speculations that Trivikram wrote the basic screenplay and key dialogues for Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Vakeel Saab’. Given their close friendship, these reports seemed believable since it is a comeback movie for the actor turned politician. However, Venu Sriram, the director of ‘Vakeel Saab’, in an interview with a Telugu news daily made it clear that Trivikram’s involvement in the film’s script is zero. 

Trivikram initially thought of penning the dialogues but he couldn’t do so because he was busy with ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’ when ‘Vakeel Saab’ began its pre-production. Venu Sriram says he wrote the script to suit the image of Pawan Kalyan. The film is an official remake of Bollywood blockbuster ‘Pink’. However, certain changes have been made to it keeping Pawan Kalyan’s star image in mind. 

The Telugu dialogues are also penned by Venu Sriram and his team of writers. Trivikram has not involved in this process. 

Meanwhile, Dil Raju is planning it to release either for Dussera or Sankranthi festivals. The exact release date will be decided after assessing the COVID19 situation in the next one month.
