No item girl confirmed for Sarileru Neekevvaru yet

There has been a talk that Tamannah Bhatia will do an item song in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’. But the makers are reportedly planning to rope in the hot and happening actress Pooja Hegde. Discussions are going on. 

‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ is being directed by Anil Ravipudi and the director is known for taking in heroines of his hit movies as item girls in the next movies. So, Tamaannah became his first choice as she acted in recent ‘F2’

Pooja Hegde’s item song in ‘Rangasthalam’ has become a rage. At present, she is the busiest actress in Tollywood with multiple big projects in her kitty. Allu Arjun’s ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramlo’ and Prabhas 20 are two big movies she is working in.

If she signs ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’, it would be her second pairing with Mahesh Babu after ‘Maharshi’. She played the female lead in ‘Maharshi’ that went on to become his career-best blockbuster.
