It is now almost certain that the release of “Peddi” has been pushed yet again, with the film no longer arriving in theaters on April 30.
The latest confirmation came from Prathyangira Cinemas, which holds the theatrical rights for North America and other regions. The company had initially planned to open advance bookings on April 8, but has now put ticket sales on hold.
In a social media post, the distributor stated, “As per the production’s request, #PEDDI North America bookings scheduled to go live tomorrow will be on hold until further notice.”
“Peddi” stars Ram Charan in the lead role, with Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The film also features Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu in key roles.
