Official: Puri Jagan's next with Vijay Deverakonda

Media has been writing that director Puri Jagannadh’s next film will be with hero Vijay Deverakonda. By delivering a super hit with ‘iSmart Shankar’, the director is back in the league and Vijay Deverakonda has tasted huge flop with his recent ‘Dear Comrade’. Deverakonda wants to test his hand at a mass film genre.

Vijay Deverakonda is under pressure to put his career back on track. After the massive success of ‘Geetha Govindam’, he had delivered flops with ‘NOTA’ and ‘Dear Comrade’. Though ‘Taxiwaala’ was a hit film, his market value has come down with the super flop of ‘Dear Comrade’. He now wants to win the hearts of mass audiences and Puri has proved that he still can create magic with mass entertainers with the success of ‘iSmart Shankar’. 
 
The film will start rolling shortly. At present, Vijay Deverakonda is busy shooting for Kranthi Madhav’s movie.
