Parasuram and Maruthi need heroes!

Director Parasuram is in much demand. His ‘Geetha Govindam’ went on to collect Rs 70 Cr worldwide. Needless to say, all major stars have evinced interest to work with him. He has signed an agreement with Geetha Arts and he has to do his next film for the same banner that gave him big boost to his career. But the the big production house is finding tough to get a star to attached to their new movie.

Despite delivering such a massive hit, he is finding to get dates of a big star as all of them are busy with their prior commitments. Although Allu Arjun has expressed his desire to team up with this young director but he would work with him only in 2020. Allu Arjun has to finish Trivikram’s movie first and then he wants to work with a new-age script. Only then he can allot dates to Parasuram.

Among the middle-range stars, Nani has already lined up movies for next year – he is currently working for ‘Jersey’ and then he will move on to Vikram Kumar’s movie. Varun Tej has signed two movies for year 2019, one for Harish Shankar and the other is for a new director. So, Parasuram has limited choices now. He may have to work with either Sai Dharam Tej or Ravi Teja. Or Varun Tej has to adjust his schedule to give Parasuram a choice.

All the top range stars like Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, Prabhas, NTR and Allu Arjun have no dates for this hit director.

On the other hand, Maruthi is also facing similar problem. After the colossal failure of ‘Shailaja Reddy Alludu’, Maruthi is waiting to get a nod from mid-range stars. His next film will also be produced by Geetha Arts/GA 2 Pictures. He may have to go with Sharwanand or Nithin.
