The production of Ram Charan’s “Peddi” is still incomplete, and the film is set to be postponed once again. Originally slated for March 27 and later pushed to April 30, 2026, the team is now exploring new release dates.
As per the latest buzz, June 4 or June 25 are being considered as the next options.
Meanwhile, industry talk suggests that Netflix could revisit its deal if the film faces another delay. The streaming giant had acquired the OTT rights for a hefty price long ago and even announced the deal officially. As per the initial plan, the film was expected to premiere on the platform about a month after its theatrical release.
However, further delays could disrupt this timeline, leading to a possible revision in the deal value. That said, given Ram Charan’s star power and the film’s strong buzz, a significant reduction may not happen.
Directed by Buchi Babu, “Peddi” is a sports action drama starring Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.
