The Karnataka’s Central Crime Branch (CCB) officers today conducted a raid on the residence of Kannada-Telugu actress Sanjjanaa Galrani in Bangalore in connection with a drug racket case.
Sanjjanaa will be questioned shortly and reports say the police will decide whether to arrest her or not later today. One of her friends Rahul was arrested in this case last week and gathering information from him, the police officers today raided her house in Bangalore.
Earlier, the police had arrested actress Ragini Dwivedi in the case.
Sanjaanaa has acted in Telugu films like ‘Bujjigaadu Made In Chennai’, ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’, etc.
The drug racket has shaken up the Kannada film industry. Police say some of the top actresses are involved in supplying drugs.
