Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’s film shoot has been stalled due to lockdown. Telangana government is likely to allow movie shootings in June or July. But Maharashtra government may not permit any activity in Mumbai since the corona positive cases and deaths are not stopping at all. Maharashtra tops with the highest number of deaths and cases of coronavirus in India.
Puri Jagannadh’s multi-lingual film is set in the backdrop of Mumbai and a 40-day long schedule has already been canned. Now, he plans to finish the rest of the movie in Hyderabad by creating sets here.
The film was originally scheduled for October release this year but its release has now been pushed to 2021. The film marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actress Ananya Panday.
Puri Jagannadh has no option but to shift his entire base from Mumbai to Hyderabad now. He has rented a new office in Mumbai.
