‘Jai Balayya’ is the title that director Puri Jagannadh had originally named for his movie with Nandamuri Balakrishna. ‘Jai Balayya’, and ‘Theda Singh’ were the titles Puri had come up with, but eventually, he named the film ‘Paisa Vasool’.
If reports are to be believed, director Gopichand Malineni has registered the title of ‘Jai Balayya’ for his soon-to-be-launched movie with Balakrishna. It is one of the titles he is considering. Balakrishna and Gopichand Malineni’s film will start rolling next month.
Mythri Movie Makers will bankroll it. The makers have announced the film early this year after Gopichand scored a blockbuster with ‘Krack’.
The cast and crew are yet to be finalized for this project. Gopichand is trying to rope in big names of the industry.
