Rajinikanth says he will float party soon

Superstar Rajinikanth said he never said he was not interested in politics. He is quoted saying he would make a decision entering into politics pretty soon. As per media reports, Rajinikanth will soon announce a political party.

“I have not denied it. We are discussing and yet to take a decision. Once I take a decision, I will inform you,” the actor told reporters at the Chennai airport on Thursday night (June 21).

He will be launching his own party and contest in Tamilnadu Assembly elections. After the demise of J Jayalalithaa, politics in Tamilnadu have mess. Rajinikanth wants to use the political uncertainty.

On the other hand, he has completed major schedule of ‘Kaala’, which is being directed by P Ranjith, in Mumbai.

Both ‘Kaala’ and Shankar’s “2.0” will be released next year.
