Rukmini Vasanth has firmly established herself as a pan-Indian star following the success of “Kantara: Chapter 1.” The film’s Hindi dubbed version alone grossed close to Rs 200 crore, making her a familiar and popular face among North Indian audiences.
With her rising profile, Rukmini is now attracting interest from Bollywood.
In a recent interview, the 29-year-old actress revealed that she has been receiving several exciting offers from Hindi cinema and is keen on exploring opportunities there. She added that a few proposals have left her “very, very excited,” hinting that a Bollywood debut could be on the cards soon.
On the work front, Rukmini Vasanth will next be seen opposite Yash in his pan-Indian project “Toxic.” She is also said to be playing the female lead opposite NTR in director Prashanth Neel’s ambitious film “Dragon.”
