Actor Sai Dharam Tej suffered injuries when the sports bike he was riding skid and fell on the road in Madhapur on Friday night.
The accident took place at a newly-built cable bridge. He was heading towards the Ikea showroom from Jubilee Hills. Passers-by informed the police, and he was immediately rushed to Medicover hospital in Madhapur.
Police said he might have lost control of the vehicle. The doctors said he suffered a clavicle fracture (broken collarbone). He was wearing a helmet while riding.
He has been shifted to Apollo hospital for better treatment.
His family members and other friends from the film industry came to the hospital as soon as the news reached them. Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, Varun Tej, Niharika, Sundeep Kishan visited the hospital.
