Samantha has been trying to bounce back in her new innings. She recently announced two films under her production banner, and one of them, titled Subham, is set for release. However, when it comes to her acting career, things are not looking rosy.
On the other hand, she lost a web series after Amazon Prime decided to scrap its second season. Samantha played a spy agent in “Citadel: Honey Bunny,” which premiered on Amazon Prime last year. But Amazon felt the series didn’t need a follow-up, and as a result, Samantha lost another project.
As of now, she is left with only one more web series — Rakt Brahmand, directed by Raj and DK.
Although she’s putting in efforts for a strong comeback in Telugu films, Samantha is yet to bag a notable offer. So, it might take a while before we see her back on the Telugu big screen.
