Samantha says no to Ajay Bhupathi!

Young director Ajay Bhupathi of ‘RX100’ fame has been stuck with his second project from the past two years. He has changed the casting many times but still, it is not hitting the floors. Just a few weeks ago, it was widely reported that Ajay Bhupathi has finally convinced Sharwanand and Samantha to act in his ambitious second film titled ‘Maha Samudram’.

However, the latest reports suggest that Samantha has declined the project after seeing the result of ‘Jaanu’ in which she paired with Sharwanand. As ‘Jaanu’ bombed at the box-office, the combination of Sharwanand and Samantha is not considered as hot in the trade circles.

Samantha has signed a Tamil film with Nayanthara in its place.
