Megastar Chiranjeevi has already declared his support for his brother Pawan Kalyan, an actor turned politician, in the ongoing elections. He even donated Rs 5 crore to Pawan Kalyan’s party – Jana Sena. But he has not made any public statements in support of the alliance in which his brother’s party is involved.
According to the latest speculation, Chiranjeevi will travel to Vijayawada this weekend to attend an event. He will issue a statement in support of Pawan Kalyan and the alliance parties Jana Sena, BJP, and TDP.
If Chiranjeevi openly supports the alliance, these parties’ chances of winning will improve further.
Chiranjeevi has maintained a safe distance from politics since the end of his Rajya Sabha term. He stated that he will be completely focused on movies.
Even then, he maintained good relations with top BJP leaders such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, KCR, and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He also has a good relationship with the current Telangana Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, and Telangana BJP leader Kishan Reddy.
