Tamannaah appears as a movie star in Sarileru Neekevvaru!

Contrary to the general perception, Tamannaah has not acted like a typical item bomb in Mahesh Babu’s upcoming release ‘Sariler Neekevvaru’. She danced to a peppy number “Daang Daang” composed by Devi Sri Prasad but this is not an item song. She appears as a movie star in the film.

This song comes in a situation when a channel brings a movie celebrity to the army camp for Independence celebrations. So, Tamannaah dances with Mahesh Babu and other army soldiers in the film. Mahesh Babu is playing the role of army major Ajay Krishna. This was revealed by director Anil Ravipudi himself.

Tamannaah had earlier acted as a heroine in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Aagadu’. ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. Anil Ravipudi has directed the film which is scheduled for January 11 release.
