‘Taxiwaala’ has changed its date. It will be arriving in theaters a day late. To avoid direct clash with Ravi Teja’s ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ (Nov 16), the film has pushed its date to November 17. This would enable both films getting good first day openings.
Vijay Deverakonda has announced this on social media. “Release date announcement – #Taxiwaala will now arrive Nov 17! Driver arriving a day late, but driver promises a fun ride to the destination!,” he posted. ‘Taxiwaala’ is produced by SKN and directed by debutant Rahul Sankrityan. The thriller boasts of some novel elements.
This is Vijay Deverakonda’s third release as lead actor this year apart from ‘Mahanati’ and ‘Ee Nagarainiki Emaindi’, where he was seen in guest roles.
