‘Chai Biscuit’ is an intrinsic part of Hyderabad’s food culture. Dipping Osmania biscuits into a hot cup of tea is a ritual most Hyderabadis, especially long-time locals, cherish. Apparently, actress Tripti Dimri enjoys it too.
Tripti Dimri, who rose to fame with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, is currently making her Telugu debut. She is shooting for Vanga’s upcoming crime drama “Spirit,” in which she stars opposite Prabhas. The film’s schedule is progressing in Hyderabad.
Today, Tripti shared an Instagram Story showing herself enjoying the classic Hyderabadi combination of tea and Osmania biscuits. The video featured a tiffin box filled with the iconic biscuits, which she amusingly referred to as “energy boosters.”
She captioned it: “The energy booster nobody talks about.”
For Tripti, “Spirit” is a major pan-Indian project and a career-defining opportunity as she plays the main female lead opposite one of India’s biggest stars.
