It is a long-standing tradition in the Telugu states for newly married couples to visit a temple soon after their wedding, often heading to Tirumala to seek divine blessings.
Following their wedding on February 26, 2026, in Udaipur, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna visited the Lord Venkateshwara temple run by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, today.
The newlyweds were accompanied by Vijay’s younger brother, Anand Deverakonda. The couple greeted fans and photographers with warm smiles and waves as they arrived at the temple premises.
Rashmika looked resplendent in a green Kanjeevaram saree paired with traditional jewellery, while Vijay opted for classic white traditional attire.
Outside the temple, Rashmika distributed sweets to devotees, adding a festive touch to the visit. Fans gathered in large numbers to catch a glimpse of the couple.
In a generous gesture, the couple also reportedly sent trucks of sweets to several cities across India to mark the occasion.
