Vishal denies entering politics ‘now’

Vishal made a statement today in response to reports that he is following in the footsteps of Tamil superstar Vijay and planning to form his own political party.

Vishal has decided against entering politics for the time being.

For the past few months, he has praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is seen as a BJP supporter. There was widespread speculation on social media that the actor may support the BJP ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.

Although he stated in his lengthy letter that he had no plans to enter politics at this time, he did leave the door open for future consideration.
“I never sought political gain. If nature decides otherwise in the future, I will not hesitate to speak up for the people, as one of them,” he stated.
