Akhil signs Geetha Govindam producer's next

Confusion over Akhil’s next film has ended. It was Bunny Vaas and Allu Aravind who gave Naga Chaitanya a good hit in the early stages of his career with ‘100% Love’ and now Akhil Akkineni has landed in their camp.

Bunny Vaas who has been giving good hits with romantic movies like ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ and ‘Geetha Govindam’ (one of the all-time blockbusters) has finalized Akhil as hero for his next film. Director Bhaskar, of ‘Bommarillu’ fame, is said to have prepared a terrific story that impressed all. Akhil too has immediately given his nod after listening the story. Nagarjuna will have to get the narration from Bhaskar. Once this is done, the film will be announced officially.

Akhil has scored three films and he needs a hit badly to set his career right. He has made right decision to work with producer Bunny Vaas who gave big hits to Nani, Vijay Deverakonda and Naga Chaitanya. Though Bommarillu Bhaskar is down with flops, it is said that the Allu Aravind and Bunny Vaas are showing full confidence in him as the script is terrific.

The film will be launched next month formally. Regular shoot will commence this summer.
