Allu Arjun team quashes rumors

Is Allu Arjun’s movie a copy of a Hollywood movie? Recent media reports suggested so. However, the team of ‘Naa Peru Surya’ say the film is not based on any foreign movie. It is not copy of the said Hollywood flick, the team asserts.
 
In the wake of allegations that ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ was based on French thriller ‘Largo Winch’, people have started speculating about Allu Arjun’s ‘Naa Peru Surya’ as its first teaser gave the impression that the film is all about a soldier with anger issues. Hence people started linking the storyline of ‘Naa Peru Surya’ with the plotline of Denzel Washington’s maiden directorial venture ‘Antwone Fisher’
 
‘Naa Peru Surya’ is being directed by writer Vakkantham Vamsi. It is his debut direction. Vakkantham Vamsi’s film is currently under production. Vamsi and the production team say their film is not based on Washington’s movie.
