Chaitanya and Shruti film announced officially

We all know that Naga Chaitanya and Shruti Haasan are paired up together for Majnu, remake of Malayalam hit, Premam. The movie has now officially been announced with all the details. Check out what the producer says..

NagaChaitanya has teamed up with Shruti Haasan for director Chandu Mondeti’s new film to be produced by Suryadevara NagaVamsi on Sitara Entertainments banner. The film is based on the Malayalam Super Hit ‘Premam’. “Premam’ is a clean love story and there is lot of scope for melody for this beautiful subject” says NagaVamsi “ I hope this remake will become a more success than the original”. The pooja of the film will be performed in this month only. According to the director Chandu Mondeti, the film will go to the sets in December and they have a plan to release this venture as summer gift to the Telugu audience. And the team is trying to get a better result than original. The film has three heroines including Shriti Haasan and another female lead is played by Anupama Parameswaran and one more heroine to be finalized.

The film has music by Rajesh Murugeshan, Gopisundar; cinematography by Karthik Ghattamaneni, art by Sahi Suresh and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The original story penned by Alphonse Putharen. The film is being presented by PDV Prasad and Produced by Suryadevara NagaVamsi and screenplay-dialogues-directed by Chandu Mondeti.
