‘Dear Comrade’, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, is in the making. Its teaser was recently out. Mythri Movie Makers is thinking about its release date due to an unforeseen situation.
Last month, the banner announced that the movie would be out on May 31 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. It is ordinarily a big challenge for any multi-lingual to find the right date.
With Suriya-starrer ‘NGK’, too, saying that it will arrive on May 31, there is now a cloud of uncertainty over the release date of ‘Dear Comrade’. ‘NGK’ will have market in both Tamil Nadu and the Telugu States. Same goes with Deverakonda’s movie. Therefore, to avoid a clash, ‘Dear Comrade’ will be postponed to the second half of June.
The makers are yet to make the decision public. They are expected to do it soon. Newcomer Bharat Kamma has directed the film.
