Express Raja brings in big moolah for producers

UV Creations the production house that produced hit movies – Mirchi and Run Raja Run and co-produced this year’s blockbuster Bhale Bhale Magadivoy is coming up with another movie next year. Titled Express Raja starring Sharwanand, the movie’s teaser has already generated good buzz.

Since the banner has developed a good reputation for producing quality movies and hero Sharwanand created a niche audiences for him, his films are doing good business in overseas.

That is why Express Raja has done fantastic business for overseas. The movie fetched superb price for the producers when they sold off the territorial rights of overseas to a new distribution company. The amount is said to be highest ever price for a Sharwanand starrer/non-big hero movie.

The film is readying to hit the screens next month. Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi of Venkatadri Express fame, the film features Surabhi as female lead.
