Shankar Mahadevan suffers heart attack

Popular playback singer Shankar Mahadevan suffered two heart attacks in the capital. He was rushed to a hospital in Delhi immediately and was treated for the same. Doctors have advised him rest for a couple of days. Sources close to the singer said that Shankar Mahadevan was treated for cardiac arrest in the ICU. The singer was to perform in Gujarat. But the show was cancelled due to his health conditions. His condition is stable at the moment, once he is fit to travel he will be flying back to Mumbai.
