Last evening saw the suspicious emergence on social media of certain stills and teaser from ‘Jai Lava Kusa’. Although they looked rather rudimentary in terms of technical sophistication, it didn’t deter excited NTR fans to post them enthusiastically.
Alarmed by the leak, NTR Arts didn’t lose time to get Cyber Crime department go after the suspects. In a span of a few hours, an arrest was made of one Ganesh. An online editor has already confessed to Banjara Hills police about committing the crime. Police are also investigating those suspects who are behind the leak of the teaser.
Producer-actor Kalyan Ram, visibly cautious in view of recent experiences in Tollywood, approached Cyber Crime Unit to ensure that the long arm of the law handles the culprits in an exemplary manner.
It’s noticeable that superstar films especially are increasingly falling prey to such unsavoury leaks in recent times. ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ and ‘Baahubali’ faced serious issues. It seems the producers will think of beefing up security measures to the extent they can. That said, it’s not possible to ensure cent per cent foolproof security, especially when a film involves so much of graphic works.
