Kangana Ranaut: I’m not enjoying politics

Kangana Ranaut, known for her outspoken nature, has often made headlines with her fiery comments on politics and politicians. Until a few years ago, while actively working in films, she frequently criticized various political parties—except for the BJP, which she openly supported, labeling others as anti-poor and anti-India.

In 2024, she took the political plunge by joining the BJP and successfully contested the Lok Sabha elections.

Now serving as a Member of Parliament, Kangana is experiencing the realities of political life. And her perspective has shifted. In a recent interview, she candidly admitted that she is not enjoying her political journey.

Kangana expressed surprise over the kind of issues people bring to her. “I’m an MP, but people come to me with basic local issues like drainage problems or requests for water connections, which fall under village administration,” she said.
