If big stars like Megastar Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and Ram Charan can do remakes, why not medium-range heroes? Nithin and Naga Chaitanya are in the news for evincing keen interest in Bollywood hits.
Nithin is doing the Telugu remake of the cult hit ‘Andhadhun’. The black comedy crime thriller, directed by Sriram Raghava, recently won three National Awards (Best Actor for Ayushman Khurana, Best Screenplay, and Best Feature Film in Hindi).
As for the ‘Majili’ and ‘Venky Mama’ actor, he is keen on acting in the remake of ‘ Badhaai Ho’, the comedy-drama directed by Amit Sharma. Just like Nithin will be reprising Ayushman in the Telugu remake of ‘Andhadhun’, Chay will be reprising the same actor in this remake. The remake rights are with Dil Raju.
