Many movies are shifting their release dates now that “Salaar” has set a new one for December 22. According to industry buzz, even films like “Hanu-Man” with a Sankranthi 2024 release date are rethinking their plans.
Director Prasanth Varma responded to the reports by tweeting a picture of a statue of Lord Hanuman with the caption “HanuMan 12 JAN 2024.” This means the film’s scheduled release date will not be moved.
Many films have already announced their intentions to release on Sankranthi 2024. Guntur Kaaram, Eagle, Family Star (Vijay Deverakonda’s film), and Naa Saami Ranga are just a few of these.
