We all know that the superhit Malayalam movie Premam is being remade in Telugu with Naga Chaitanya by the same title. Suryadevara Vamsi has bagged the remake rights for the Telugu version and is producing it under the direction of Chandu Mondeti, who shot to fame with Karthikeya (2014). The film will be made on Sitara Entertainments banner.
Other than small changes to suit the nativity, the movie will be faithful to the original Mallu movie. Anupama who played one of the heroine roles in it is also reprising the same role in the Telugu version.
For the main heroine role, the makers are in talks with a leading actress of Tollywood. Once she is finalized, the movie will be launched.
