Producers send an ultimatum to multiplex owners

Even as new Telugu films are all set to begin screening in cinema halls from Christmas with Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Solo Brathuke So Better’ and other movies intensified their promotions, the uncertainty over the releases continue.

Buzz is that the multiplex owners have not resolved the issues with our Telugu producers on some important points yet.

Producers, on the other hand, don’t want to go ahead with the new releases until there is clarity on these points, which are all important for the revival of the theatrical business.

Will new Telugu movies hit the screens this Christmas? We have to wait for some more time to get clarity.
