Rashmika Mandanna had ended 2023 and 2024 with massive blockbusters, Animal (2023) and Pushpa 2 (2024), and she has multiple releases this year. The first of her 2025 slate of films will arrive on Valentine’s Day.
She starts this year with the release of her Bollywood movie, Chhaava.
“Chhaava,” starring Bollywood young actor Vicky Kaushal in the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of Shivaji Maharaj, is being directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. The film stars Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai. The makers today confirmed that the movie will be hitting theaters on February 14, 2025.
Rashmika Mandanna is currently staying at her home in Hyderabad, recuperating from her leg injury. She injured herself while doing workouts in the gym. She will not be arriving for the promotions of her upcoming Hindi film.
She also stopped the filming of all her movies, including Salman Khan’s “Sikandar” and Dhanush–Sekhar Kammula’s “Kubera.”.
She apologized to her directors for causing a delay. She wrote, “To my directors sorry for the delay…I’ll be back soon enough just making sure my legs are fit for action (or at least fit for hopping).”
