The much-awaited 3D historical film, Rudramadevi, has been postponed for the nth time. We have lost the count. The director-producer has announced a new release date for the movie – October 9, 2015. The movie will release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages simultaneously, he added.
Gunasekhar also apologizes for the delay. “I want to apologize to all the film lovers who are eagerly waiting for the movie. Delay in 3D works made me postpone the movie. Since this is first Stereoscopic Historical 3D movie being made in South India, we are facing some hurdles technically. But the movie will give never before seen experience,” Gunasekhar explained the reason for his constant postponements.
He also informed that Reliance Entertainment and Abhishek Pictures is releasing the Hindi version, while the Telugu version’s distribution rights were snapped up by Tollywood’s bigwigs – Dil Raju, Allu Aravind, Sai Korrapati and NV Prasad for various areas.
